- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally the customer contacts me and we set up a time for me to come look at the job and give a estimate. After I collect the information I needed I'll email you a contract witch has a signature box at the bottom. The customer Accepts or declines the estimate and then we set a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience in my field of work. I also attended school at Universal Technical Institute,Haywood Community College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I left my career as a heavy equipment operator to find a different direction, " something more enjoyable" I met a friend at a church we were visiting. That hired me and showed me how to do everything I can do to day. That moved the idea of my own business, working hard to be innovative while still keeping the core ideas of the trade in mind.
