- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We measure all decks prior to estimates. Most deck cleaning and staining are $1.00 per sq ft. Roof washing depends on the roof size but the avg roof is less than 95% of what a new roof would cost. House washing is $150 for single story and $200 for 2 story

Our business doesn't required CE classes but we do read and comment on forums and learn from other experts in the business
