- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For sellers, I usually charge 6% to list a residential home and 10% for vacant land. Of course, this is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to sit down and discuss their goals, whether they are a buyer or seller. Learning the wants and needs of a buyer is key to success. Know what the Seller wants to do and their timing is key to setting a price and getting their house sold.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my previous jobs in marketing, business, and human resources, I have taken over 200 hrs of Real Estate training.
