- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a template for pricing on my website. This is usually where I start with customers but it is completely customizable. Each event I cover is different and the client has different needs so pricing can be tweaked according to the client's needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, it is important to me to let them know how passionate I am about photo and video and capturing memories on their special day or for their special event. I always like to get all of the details up front as far as the date, time frame, what is important to them, and what they are expecting. It is best to always make sure the details are clear so the client will be pleased with the final product!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year Bachelor's Degree and I have 12 years experience working for a well known photography company. I have also had my own photo/video company for 11 years.
