We needed an urgent diagnosis and repair for a frozen AC system. Aire Serv was able to get to the house within 24 hours and identify and fix the problem immediately. Great communication from the technician, Evan Read. We even got a text before he arrived with his photo! This is a rental house, so Evan called me several times to explain what he found. He did a thorough check of the system and recommended several preventative repairs. Provided a detailed written explanation of everything and took photos since I was not on site. Truly awesome service and communication. We have a home warranty, but I will be calling Aire Serv for this system. Highly highly recommend.

I've been with this company for years and I am very happy with their service. I even changed home warranty companies so they would always be sent to perform any repairs. My most recent technician was very thorough, personable, and patient. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone.

The staff where all informative. Evan went above And beyond to loan me a portable a/c unit as I was going to be without for a week. All around great customer service. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision. No high pressure sales here!

Thank you Evan Read and Aire Serv for fixing our AC! I called them Saturday morning after dealing with no air for 3 days and calling other heating and cooling businesses and received no return calls. Evan called me, said he had a few calls in front of me and would keep me up to date on when he could be at my house. He was here by 10 am and did not stop until he had fixed several issues. He explained everything he needed to do before doing it. He was very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient with my questions and concerns. By 3pm we were ready to roll. Thank you Evan! You are the best. Highly recommend Aire Serv! And ask for Evan when you call. Thank you again!
