I handle residential electrical work — outlets, lighting, panels, and wiring done right the first time. My base rate’s $75 for the first hour and $50 after that, and I’m happy to set a flat price if the job calls for it. If you’re in a big hurry, I’m probably not the guy for you. I’m methodical — I make sure every connection’s solid, every circuit’s correct, and everything’s done clean and code-compliant. I don’t believe in patching problems — I correct them all the way.

Zachary did a great job assembling and installing our new ceiling fans. He was timely and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated using the new remotes to the fans as well. He made sure the areas were clean and hauled off the old fans when he was finished, which was a big help! I would highly recommend OCD Electric for any of your projects!

Wow. Cannot say enough good about this local business! We were having ongoing issues with electrical outlets failing due to age. We put it off for years due to fear of costs and hassle of getting someone to actually show up. We called Zach on a Monday afternoon and he was here within 24 hours! He was able to easily fix the issue with new hardware and gave us so much peace of mind. We wish we would've called sooner! He was so fast, kind and reasonably priced that we had him redo the entire house. We were shocked at the professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. So very grateful we found Zack! I’m so pleased with my experiences with Zack and his work!
