I handle residential electrical work — outlets, lighting, panels, and wiring done right the first time. My base rate’s $75 for the first hour and $50 after that, and I’m happy to set a flat price if the job calls for it. If you’re in a big hurry, I’m probably not the guy for you. I’m methodical — I make sure every connection’s solid, every circuit’s correct, and everything’s done clean and code-compliant. I don’t believe in patching problems — I correct them all the way.

After a recent move into a new build home, I needed help changing out two of the builder grade lights with ceiling fans. Zachary did a great job assembling and installing our new ceiling fans. He was timely and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated using the new remotes to the fans as well. He made sure the areas were clean and hauled off the old fans when he was finished, which was a big help! I would highly recommend OCD Electric for any of your projects!
