- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First hour with travel time is $125. Each additional hour is $60. Full 8 hour day is discounted to $500. Larger projects labor will be included in the proposal. Ask me about my referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation for small projects works well. We discuss the work and I can give an estimate over the phone. For larger jobs I like to meet at the customer's home and review their project. I ask detailed questions to understand their vision and I look for existing conditions that might cause issues during the work. I provide a detailed estimate and include a work schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction as a tradesman. I obtained a contractor's license in North Carolina and Florida. I've been involved in new residential construction and renovation work for the majority of those years.
