I charge a more than others, but a quality tuning can not be under valued.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clean and voicing each piano before tuning. General light maintenance. Set piano to standard 440Hz pitch if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Instructed by Ward Piano Company in the 1990s. Various online courses through Piano Technicians Guild.
