We were lucky to have Shane come out to assist with our older home. He checked out all parts of our plumbing and water pressure and gave helpful ideas surrounding plumbing safety and fitting updates. I learned a lot about our house and he was able to fix our pressure release valve which we didn't even know was malfunctioning. Thanks Shane!

Good news was - he did not find any issues with the plumbing. He believes the leak was coming from water that found its way outside of the tub and through the outside seams that are not sealed. He showed up right on time and was immediately available, which was greatly appreciated. We will continue to monitor, per his recommendation. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is very straight forward. We do free consultations and quotes for our flat rate pricing. This gives the customer an up front cost for their project. Regardless of scope or size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most projects with new customer I like to do a free in home consultation. This is a great way to get to know our new customers and also provides the customer a face to face with the business owners.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a plumbers help in July of 1998. Over the next 5 years I progressed all the way to getting my P1 unlimited NC plumbing license in early 2004.
