Enjoyed working with Freddy. I hired him to renovate 3 houses and he was very professional and great attention to detail with quality work and very good communication. I will how him again if I buy a house in the Raleigh/Durham area and recommend him to others as well

Working with Apartment & Home Solutions was a good experience. Freddy did a great job scheduling a time to do the work and followed up to make sure that plans had not changed. He asked good questions and explained how the work would be done. He and his assistant also did a great job protecting my furniture and cleaned up well after the work was finished. I would definitely recommend Apartment & Home Solutions.

Freddy and his team of contractors are excellent! I originally had him come repair our ceiling after a water leak and continued to hire him for tile flooring, painting, and exterior door repair. I was immediately impressed with his quality of workmanship. He was on-time and extremely responsive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Exceptional work!

I’m really grateful this company handled my project. I had reached out to several other contractors on thumbtack for this job but no one was responding. I’m so glad patience is a virtue 😉 because I got the right ones for the job. I wasn’t sure whether my issue was an underlying leak, water damage, or just poorly painted drywall seams, I really didn’t know. Freddy got here, gave it a look and made sure he resolved the full issue and ensured that he was doing the right job before proceeding. He gave me a quote and immediately got to work. He was very responsive and punctual as well to working with and around my schedule. The crew that came to finish the job displayed the same quality work ethic. Everyone cleaned up their things neatly after they were done and were on their way. It didn’t take long at all. This company is very professional and shows value in their quality of work. I’m very pleased and very grateful. I would definitely hire again for any other services they offer. Thanks for all your help!

Showed up on time and went to work. Freddie was not present but his team worked diligently and everything looked great. Team fixed trim that was falling and a hole in my ceiling/dry wall. All looks great now. Will be hiring them for other "projects" I've been needing to get to for the past couple of years.
