⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with JB Can Fix That and would absolutely hire them again. I’m a remote landlord, so finding someone who is responsive, trustworthy, and communicates well is incredibly important. They were very responsive from the beginning and kept me informed throughout the process. When they weren’t able to make the original appointment time, they reached out promptly, explained the situation, and rescheduled instead of leaving me wondering. I originally purchased a new garbage disposal because I believed the existing one had failed. Instead of simply installing the new unit and charging me for it, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue. It turned out the disposal was only clogged, not broken. They cleared the clog, confirmed everything was working correctly, and even returned the unused disposal to the store for me so I could get a refund. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. They could have easily replaced a perfectly good disposal, but instead they saved me money by recommending only the work that was actually needed. The repair was completed correctly, my tenant confirmed everything was functioning properly before they left, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, communicates well, shows up, and genuinely has your best interests in mind, I highly recommend JB Can Fix That. They’ve definitely earned my business for future plumbing repairs.
