- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price per room and depending on trim, doors, and ceiling I go from there. All depends on the condition and previous color of walls. It's almost impossible to give an estimate that's 100% fair and accurate with out seeing in person or at least detailed photos of each room. # of doors, # of windows, size of trim. It all matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting with customers prior to starting a job. I prefer doing estimates in person, with the customer so we can both get a understanding for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in field experience. The best training you can have.
