- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give an accurate estimate from the few categories they give you here. If this is a recurring job it will always be less and you will get more than you expect.

Meeting them to make sure what they need and are expecting from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
