We ended up not using this company. The job was simple, installation of 2 perma-boots (which had already been purchased) and they quoted $1100. It was claimed that there was roof damage (no one had stepped foot on the roof or even been on a ladder to look at the roof) and that shingles would need replacing. The roof had recently been inspected by my insurance company, finding no deficiencies except for the need to address issues with the vents, hence the need for perma-boots. They were told no thank you, we had to pay $100 for them to not even get on a ladder and look at the roof. They then tried to haggle and lower the price to $800 and then again to $450. They also arrived late to the job. I would not recommend this company.
