  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Book a Discovery Call Schedule a 30-minute phone call to chat live about your needs and expectations for the project, to ensure that we're the right fit for you. 2. Review a Proposal If you choose to move forward after the phone call, we will send a proposal based on your initial inquiry. The proposal will provide a clear outline of the potential project reflecting your ideal budget, timeline, scope and goals. **If you accept the proposal, we'll send you a contract to lock in the project to which 25% of the project price is due** 3. Client Homework For logo and visual identity projects: You'll receive a detailed questionnaire that will help us understand your business, goals, and target audience—Your answers will help us develop a focused strategy for the project. For other projects: Please provide as many resources (photos, logos, copy, color codes, font files, etc.) as you can to help us successfully complete the project. If you're unsure what to provide upfront, don't worry, we'll ask! 4. Concept Development Based on discussions at this point, we'll begin research and explore your industry to develop and provide you with the first round of design concepts (2). If you are not happy with the presented concepts, we'll repeat step 4. PLEASE NOTE: We may send a follow-up email with more questions to clarify any details during the concept development stage. We want to be sure that our preliminary thoughts and ideas are aligned with your goals and expectations. 5. Mid-Project Deposit Once we've agreed to move forward on a direction, an additional 25% of the quoted price will be due for works completed. 6. Finalization & Review Once you're happy with the direction of the concept(s) provided and your mid-project deposit is submitted, we'll move forward in finalizing the layout and any extra details to prepare for use. We will then send you a final deck presenting the finalized work and await your approval. 7. Final Payment Once you've approved the final design(s), you will be prompted to submit a final payment before we begin the file delivery process. 8.
