First time on site. Frustrated with MerryMaids gave this a shot. Went so smooth. Had 1 cleaning so far & it was a fantastic job. Super happy. My house looked & smelled clean. Missed nothing cleaning & Candy is tops at communication! Nice change for me. She did a great job!

Candy was wonderful: She called the day before to confirm our appointment, arrived on time, and was very friendly - she really seems to enjoy her work. She was very thorough, and at the end she asked me to take a close look at everything to make sure I was happy with the end result. We are now scheduled for periodic cleaning, so I obviously was!

Candy comes from Greensboro to my home in Reidsville to clean my home. She completes the job in fourtyfive minutes to an hour. Very ambitious, prompt, and gets the job done in a neat and orderly manner.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a time to meet with client. Going over what the concerns and needs are. Scheduling cleaning times and days that are best for their needs. Getting to know my clients and families on a personal level.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I had my first son I wanted to be able to more time with him. Residential cleaning offers me my own hours so I can enjoy my family today.
