I am very pleased with my experience with Vent Worx. I was having problems with my dryer heating and decided to see if getting the vents cleaned would help the problem, as we needed the cleaning anyway. The serviceman messaged me very quickly and was able to come out the next morning. Showed up on time and was professional from beginning to end. He followed up with us the next day to see if our dryer was heating again and even helped troubleshoot. His effort to go above and beyond his hired scope of work does not go unnoticed!
