Initially I'd asked for pet-resistant screen put in on my patio and there was some miscommunication about the exact type of screen we got. But once I brought it up, the company couldn't have been better about it: they came back out, replaced it with the correct pet-resistant screen at no charge, and made the whole thing easy. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how a company handles them, these folks stepped up and did right by me. Happy to recommend.

We're really happy with Carolina Backyard Living. The squirrel and my cats had taken out the original screening on my porch. Roy kept me updated from the quote to installation, and even with the heat and a rain delay, he stayed upbeat and did excellent work. We replaced the original with heavier pet screen. It looks great (virtually no visibility differences) and I expect it’ll handle both my indoor cats and the persistent squirrel outside.
