Introduction: I wear many different hats in my business. Jobs I can do range from petsitting (cats/dogs/guinea pigs/snakes/spiders/lizards/horses/chickens at the clients home) to lawn care jobs from mowing to edging the driveway to weed eating to cutting down small to medium sized trees to cutting up fallen trees and hauling away yard debris and leaves to hauling trash away from clients home to organizing and cleaning up areas such as garages, closets, bedrooms, attics, linen closets. I’ve been a furmom for over 20 years and my love of animals started very young. My first pictures were of me as a baby around 8 months old and our then 8 week old cocker spaniel Lady Anne. My love for animals has only grown over the years. I treat every pet that I watch over as my own and spoil them. Daily picture and funny video updates are my clients favorite things that I do for them.

Jamie is a warm, conscientious and calm person, who did a wonderful job, taking care of our 3 cats. She was beyond generous, in giving them her time and attention, as well as new toys. This was our first time leaving them, and her daily check-ins with pictures and videos soothed my anxiety. It was clear that they were not just fed, but interacted with and enjoyed. She also delt easily with some snafoos about keys and our litter robot. In addition, I was impressed that Jamie offered to buy more pet supplies, so we didn't need to run to the store after a long drive home. She is friendly and trustworthy -- our pets and home were well cared for. We'll definitely do business with Heart and Hustle again.

We needed a last-minute pet sitter and Heart and Hustle delivered. She came by the home the evening before, driving an hour, to meet our fur-babies, Bosco and Bella. They took right to her; she knows how to ‘connect’ with your fur babies and take VERY good care of them. I found her pricing to be EXTREMELY reasonable for both fur babies. I HIGHT recommend her!

I have two dogs and was leaving for two weeks. I had been so stressed about finding care for my hogs. I took them to dog camp to spend the day - one of my dogs came home with severe colitis from stress. A $400 vet bill later i decided my dogs needed to be at home while I was gone. I contacted and then hired Jamie and it was the absolutely correct decision! She was wonderful and my dogs loved her. She went above and beyond. She sent pictures and videos. She took good care of my house. She is honest, attentive and caring. I cannot say enough good things about her. I called her references and they basically said the same thing. Put your mind at ease and hire Jamie!!!

I would like to thank Heart and Hustle for her punctuality and how she came and cleaned up my limbs out my yard I wasn’t home but she did a great job and was always kept in touch me about her progress by sending pictures and text messages ; you did a great job and would recommend you to anyone that needs junk removal or limbs removed from their property. 👍👍

My quotes are personalized to my client's needs. Quotes depend on a variety of factors such as travel time, number of pets, what services the pet requires, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get exact dates that the services would need to be done and make sure that I had availability to do the job. I'd get client's address, job details to give a quote.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
well my area of work varies from pet boarding/pet sitting to yard work to hauling off trash/junk to dump. my advice is to know the exact job you need done, get several quotes, ask for a contract, and pay no more than 1/3 or 1/2 of the estimate to the person they do hire but to give that deposit on the day they start the job for you.
