I highly recommend Coastal Comfort Air! When our second-floor HVAC system stopped working, Terry came out promptly to diagnose the problem. Although he couldnt complete the repair during the initial visit because replacement parts were needed, the company had us rescheduled within just two days.Terry arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and ensured the job was completed correctly. Its refreshing to work with a company that values excellent customer service, clear communication, and dependable technicians. It was my first time using Coastal Comfort Air and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I got a new unit installed. The guys arrived on time, got the job done in a timely fashion, and left no mess. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to anyone I know who is having issues with their heating and air.
