Edit: so a few months later, my almost 20 year old HVAC system finally quit on me (knew it was coming). So heres my new and very positive review for Coastal Comfort Air. Had my entire HVAC system replaced by Terry and his crew, and they did a great job. Terry was easy to work with, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The crew was professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The installation went smoothly, everything was cleaned up when they were done. The new system has been working great, my home temperature has been perfectly comfortable. Its hard to find contractors who take pride in their work these days, but its obvious Terry and his team do. I highly recommend Coastal Carolina Air if youre looking for honest, reliable HVAC service.I had an issue with the heat in my home during a stretch of below freezing temperatures, with snow on the ground, and the inside of my house wouldnt get above 62 degrees. I called Terry at Coastal Comfort Air, and he came out right away. After a quick but thorough diagnostic check, he identified the problem with the control panel on my air handler. He had everything repaired and my heat running properly again in no time. Terry was polite, prompt, and extremely professional. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, why the part needed to be replaced, and how it functions within the system. That level of transparency and attention to detail made it clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Because of his professionalism and quality of work, Ill definitely be calling Coastal Comfort Air again in the future. I really do highly recommend!

I highly recommend Coastal Comfort Air! When our second-floor HVAC system stopped working, Terry came out promptly to diagnose the problem. Although he couldnt complete the repair during the initial visit because replacement parts were needed, the company had us rescheduled within just two days.Terry arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and ensured the job was completed correctly. It was my first time using Coastal Comfort Air and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I got a new unit installed. The guys arrived on time, got the job done in a timely fashion, and left no mess. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to anyone I know who is having issues with their heating and air.
