I had an issue with the heat in my home during a stretch of below freezing temperatures, with snow on the ground, and the inside of my house wouldnt get above 62 degrees. I called Terry at Coastal Comfort Air, and he came out right away. After a quick but thorough diagnostic check, he identified the problem with the control panel on my air handler. He had everything repaired and my heat running properly again in no time. Terry was polite, prompt, and extremely professional. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, why the part needed to be replaced, and how it functions within the system. That level of transparency and attention to detail made it clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Because of his professionalism and quality of work, Ill definitely be calling Coastal Comfort Air again in the future. I really do highly recommend!

While I was out of town, my wife called to let me know that our heating system had stopped working. I contacted the dealer who originally installed the system in our new home, but they informed me they would not be able to come until Mondayit was only Wednesday at the time.I was then referred to Coastal Comfort Air and reached out to Terry that morning. He responded promptly, arrived that afternoon, and repaired the system. He was professional, informative, and reasonably priced.I would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.
