I am always researching new techniques and trends. Remember I am a southern elder. I lived in Canda many year.I lived in Africa for over 10 years abd traveled Cenrral America for 2 years.My mentors, teachers and experience are vast. I am primarily a coastal cook. But I do harty soups, chowders and stews...grilling "indoors" is a specialty of mine. I am always upgrading and learning from other cooks.
