I am a Remote Employee. I encounter several issues trying to stay connected to my VPN connection at work. After having several unsuccessful attempts using my employers IT team, Jason was finally able to identify the disconnect with my Internet connection and the Employer’s VPN. I am proud to say after Jason‘s work I no longer have any issues at all. I will definitely be using him in the future.
