We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. All estimates are provided free of charge, and we'll explain exactly what work needs to be done and why. Our Comfort Club members receive priority scheduling, exclusive discounts, and special member pricing on repairs and maintenance. We currently offer monthly specials on various HVAC services - just ask about current promotions when you call. We'll always discuss pricing before beginning any work so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with understanding your specific comfort needs and concerns. We'll schedule a convenient time for a thorough assessment of your system and home. During our visit, we'll explain your system's condition in easy-to-understand terms, provide honest recommendations, and offer multiple solution options when appropriate. We prioritize transparency - you'll understand exactly what we're recommending and why. After approval, we'll schedule the work at your convenience and keep you informed throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team maintains all required HVAC and electrical licenses and insurance coverage. With 20+ years in the industry, we've completed extensive training on the latest HVAC technologies, including smart thermostats, multi-zone systems, geothermal solutions, and generator installation. We continuously invest in ongoing education to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Our coastal NC expertise is particularly valuable - we understand the unique challenges that humidity and salt air present to HVAC systems.
