My rooftop condo compressor and interior air handler, complete unit replacement was seamless from start, with Eli the salesman providing a top notch competitive quote, utilizing Duke Power rebates, and his keeping me day by day updated as to scheduling....to finish, with SUPERIOR work from Green Dot's supervisor Pete who showed up at 7AM to coordinate with the 3rd party crane contractor, who also arrived exactly when scheduled. The rooftop removal, placement of new compressor was done in 45 minutes, which, when dealing with street and parking lots, and a crane, was simply Pete's EXPERIENCE and Green Dot's sub crane operator's artistry. They had it set up and ready, for the install crew 2-some of Joseph and Daniel, before impeding any traffic or neighbors. Green Dot is an excellent choice, for this rooftop condo work, and I was soooo relieved by Pete's experience. Thank you! Joseph and Daniel, the technicians, did the install, which fit perfectly from Eli's visit, and measurements....and they couldn't have been more professional and courteous, making sure everything was explained to me as they ran testing to assure the systemreplacement joints and connections were sealed, as well as explaining the new wireless thermostat, which, if you are a second homeowner, Green Dot's monitoring service can watch your home via such, which is a great option. I'm a month post replacement and extremely pleased.Again, if you're in a condo, these guys are pros at replacing the old worn out unit, and Eli and Pete, will take all the worry out of the process, and at a price competitive and in line with the other 2 quotes I received. I actually got a 2-stage, more efficient unit, with Eli pointing out the Duke Rebate for more efficiency, gave me a better option for the price of a single stage unit.
