Very quick to respond. Got service and resolution the same day. Trustworthy as they attempted to troubleshoot remotely to try to save me money. Jax knew his stuff and fixed the issue very quickly and explained it to me as well. Thank you as we are expecting snow tomorrow!

Showed up with an hour , was very professional and fixed issue quickly. I had a clogged drain pipe and my coil was frozen. Most likely due to very dirty filters.

American Heating, Air & More LLC team came out at a critical time of need.
They felt confident about the fix that was needed, and executed even within time frames that stores wouldn't normally have availability.
We look to working with them in the future for maintenance or install needs.

Lonzo responded within minutes of my inquiry. He did an over the view triage of my issue, researched my appliance, and called back to walk me through self steps I could take to resolve the issue. He offered to come out same day if I was unable to resolve the issue on my own. Great service, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Lonzo called right back after I posted the request for service. He was able to explain what to look for, and asked me to please let him know as soon as the problem showed up again. I look forward to working with him to have the repair done.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with suppliers that offer discounts so that we can pass the lower price to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we want to work with a customer before there is a problem. Our goal is to provide preventative maintenance so that you don't need emergency services.
A recommended example of preventative maintenance includes cleaning the coils of your HVAC system at least annually. An HVAC system with dirty coils works harder than it is engineered to work. Over worked systems have a higher than normal component failure which will cost you money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed in NC as an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) HVAC Journeyman. Technicians complete 40 hours of training a year.
As smart home systems become more popular, ongoing training is a necessity.
