I value communication and forthrightness. Lonzo and his team were upfront about the possible causes for my refrigerator not getting to the desired temperature in order to produce ice, outlined a practical approach to isolate the issue, and advised on the cost on all the possible scenarios. They were very knowledgeable and resolved my issue. What I appreciated the most (apart from them resolving my issue) they took the extra step to advise me ways to help prevent/mitigate the issue in the future. They provided a well rounded customer service experience, were very friendly, but most of all incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them and will be adding them to my vendor list to address any future appliance concerns.

All American Heat Air & more installed/ connected my new gas range. Would definitely recommend All American to anyone looking for any appliance service….I had problem with my heat all of a sudden and needed someone to take a look at it right away as my parents were struggling with the cold in the house and my grandparents were visiting me….the engineers diagnosed the problem with the blower motor and took the time to drive to the vendor to pick the appropriate parts to replace them right away but it still did not fix the problem with the heat. They then figured out there were multiple issues with the heating system and diagnosed that the circuit board needs to be replaced as well…unfortunately the board was not available anywhere in stock…All American team contacted multiple Carrier warehouses and could secure a board which took two days though but still were able to secure the part and fix the problem with the heat…. The engineer was sooper knowledgeable and took the time to explain each and every step they did and how they were progressing…constantly stayed in touch and kept me informed of the availability/status of the parts and saw everything through till the heat came back up… I now know who to reach out to for any of my appliance problems in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with suppliers that offer discounts so that we can pass the lower price to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we want to work with a customer before there is a problem. Our goal is to provide preventative maintenance so that you don't need emergency services. A recommended example of preventative maintenance includes cleaning the coils of your HVAC system at least annually. An HVAC system with dirty coils works harder than it is engineered to work. Over worked systems have a higher than normal component failure which will cost you money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed in NC as an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) HVAC Journeyman. Technicians complete 40 hours of training a year. As smart home systems become more popular, ongoing training is a necessity.
