These guys were great. Showed up right on time, evaluated the whole hvac system to correctly identify the issue, and fixed it. Very kind and professional - even wore shoe covers when inside! Explained exactly what they were doing throughout and most importantly-got my AC working again! And charged a very reasonable rate. Will call them again when needed and highly recommend them!

Holy crap if I could give these people 100 stars - I would! My AC unit’s condensate drain line became clogged, cut off my AC, and was pooling water in my attic. These guys caught in right in time and fixed it in a jiffy. They spent the time educating me and helping me understand the problem. Really awesome guys. Amazing price too!!
I am now a member of their annual home care plan where they will come every summer and winter to service my AC unit. WORTH IT!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with suppliers that offer discounts so that we can pass the lower price to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we want to work with a customer before there is a problem. Our goal is to provide preventative maintenance so that you don't need emergency services.
A recommended example of preventative maintenance includes cleaning the coils of your HVAC system at least annually. An HVAC system with dirty coils works harder than it is engineered to work. Over worked systems have a higher than normal component failure which will cost you money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed in NC as an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) HVAC Journeyman. Technicians complete 40 hours of training a year.
As smart home systems become more popular, ongoing training is a necessity.
