- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competively priced! We update our pricing monthly as the cost of materials are constantly changing. We do offer a 10% Military discount. We are both veterans and proud of those who have served!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically get a deposit down on our jobs to hold install dates and to cover cost of material. When working with new customers we usually don't ask for deposits or we buy material up front or let the customer provide their own material to build trust that is needed in a customer/contractor relationship. There are a lot of "flimflam" contractors out there and as the customer you have to be careful who you choose to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father is old school and learned everything from the school of hard knocks. I served in the Air force and Have an Associates Degree in Electrical/Robotics and Automated systems and have been a carpenter and Electrician for over 25 years. We have over 65 years combined experience!
