J&B Windows and Roofs did an outstanding job on our three car garage doors. Jeff was a great communicator throughout; from the sanding and refinishing to the finished staining and clear coats. He kept in touch and followed up appropriately to make sure we were getting the quality job that he and us both wanted and expected. His crew of Felix and Luis were excellent. They were very friendly and skilled at their job. They cleaned up the work site each day. We greatly appreciated all of their professional attitudes and especially the end result.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for all of my roofing projects come in well below what the insurance companies even pay out. It’s super competitive and always built fortified and to Miami dade standard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get the address, do a fatality view of the roof at hand, get my measurements from there and give a price quote. At that point I will move on to color choice and material options as well as upgrades or underlayment options. Then collect deposit down and get material there within 72 hours, and have the roof completed within 72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually am fortified certified, and have my all lines adjusters license.
