- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on the size and condition of the home/office/job. There are several factors that we take into consideration when quoting a job, for example, blinds vs. curtains, carpet vs. tile/hardwood/laminate, pets (size & type), etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What Do You Do? •Please REMOVE CLUTTER (toys, clothes, papers, etc.) throughout your home so we can clean all surfaces thoroughly. •Make sure to secure all PETS. We don’t want to be held liable for an escapee. Also, there’s a chance of a pet being stressed or afraid & possibly scratching, nipping or biting a team member. We love fur babies and we want them to feel safe and happy when we are cleaning your home. •Make sure to give us the GARAGE CODE or KEY, if you will NOT be HOME during time of service. •Put out clean linens if you would like for us to change your sheets. •If you prefer to have us use your cleaning supplies, please have them in a specific location. •PAYMENT: Tidy Up Services accepts CHECKS, CASH or CREDIT at time of service. •RELAX! Enjoy your clean home! •DEEP CLEAN/SPRING CLEAN• What Do We Do? ALL ROOMS: We start at the top of EVERY room by dusting the light fixtures & ceiling fans and work to the bottom of the room. We include picture frames & decor on the walls, blinds, window wood, shelves, doors, baseboards, trash removal, vacuum and mop. BATHROOMS: Shower & fixtures tub mirrors, vanity clean and sanitize the counter tops, sink and toilet (see ALL ROOMS) KITCHEN: Counter tops cabinet doors small appliances sink interior/exterior & under oven front, top, behind, under & interior of refrigerator table & chairs. (see ALL ROOMS) BEDROOMS: We will straighten bed and pillows (see ALL ROOMS) LIVING ROOM: Straighten pillows vacuum under & behind furniture Vacuum under cushions (see ALL ROOMS) LAUNDRY ROOM: We wipe the exterior of the dryer and washer (see ALL ROOMS ) •STANDARD CLEAN• (general cleaning-after home has been deep cleaned) What Do We Do? ALL ROOMS: Dust, vacuum, mop. On every other clean or as needed we will dust blinds, woodwork, & fixtures. BATHROOMS: Shower & fixtures, tub, mirrors, vanity. We clean and sanitize the counter tops, sink and toilet, sweep/vacuum, & mop. On every other clean or as needed we will dust blinds, woodwork, & light fixtures. KITCHEN: Counter tops, cabinet doors, stove top, toaster/toaster oven, coffee pot, sink, oven door, front of refrigerator and table & chairs. On every other clean or as needed we will dust blinds, woodwork & light fixtures, and clean top of refrigerator. BEDROOMS: We will straighten bed and pillows, dust, vacuum. On every other clean or as needed we will dust blinds, woodwork, & light fixtures/ceiling fan. LIVING ROOM: Straighten pillows, vacuum under chairs and sofa cushions, dust & vacuum. On every other clean or as needed we will dust blinds, woodwork, & light fixtures/ceiling fan. SERVICES NOT LISTED: If you want something cleaned that's not listed, let us know. We'd be happy to Tidy it up!
