We do not offer discounts if it's not an offer we already have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start the process by getting an understanding of what a new customer needs are to better help them as I recognize all customers have different situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take 60 credit hours annually of continuing professional education in nonprofit income taxes. I have a degree in both Accounting and Human Resource Management. I have been preparing tax returns for 27 years. I am registered in the IRS database for tax professionals. I am NNA certified for real estate closings signings.
