I have been getting emails from some customers claiming that I have provided them with support services, but I have no idea who they are, nor that I have done any service for them nor contacted them. Free local pickup and delivery for Mount Airy, NC.
Free local Home/Office Tech-Support for Mount Airy, NC.
- Outside of the local area additional $0.62 per mile.
IT Technical Support Service Fee:
- Initial service fee for the first 30 minutes starts at $35.
- Service is charged per 30-minute increment.
- Service rate is $70/hr. excluding Tax and Part/s.
- Repair fee can be per hour or per job
Crack Screen:
- $125.00 one-time fee (remove, install, test)
- Part & Shipping are not included.
Data Recovery:
- We do not perform online remote system data recovery.
- In-house data recovery per device only:
o Hard drive, External drive, Flash drive, USB drive.
Services we do not provide:
- Password recovery
- Any type of hacking
- Computer/Digital forensics
Desktop/Laptop: Software/Hardware/Local Area Network problems:
• Free remote diagnostic of your system.
• Don't know, need help fixing it
• Cracked or damaged screen
• Computer not turning on
• Slow computer performance
• System/Blue screen error
• Technology/Accessories/Peripherals supports
• Local Wired/Wireless/WiFi network problem.
Service Warranty
• Include 30 days service warranty. If the same problem occurs with the same part/s and/or the same App or software, we will fix it free of charge within 30 days.
• Our 30 days service warranty does not include the preexisting issue with a customer’s hardware and/or software problem prior to or/and does not relate to our previous repaired work including any loss of data.
