We are new retirees to NC of less tha n 5 months. Our purchase of an 80 year old home has been a dream to restore to it's time period. HVAC was a problem with a house of this age. My husband called Sutton Brothers and even though the original encounter did not go well , I spoke with Brad, the General Manager, and he was phenomenal. He sent a crew to our home, that was led by Steven. He was personable, knowledgable, and interested in us as customers. As a retired Customer Service Manager, I am tuned to see how much service matters to a Company when it is exhibited through their employees. It speaks volumes.
