David painted the interior of my parents home. We walked around the house together so he could assess what needed to be done. My father is a heavy smoker and David quickly noticed the excessive discoloration of the ceiling in the kitchen as well as the walls and ceiling of the office where my dad does most of his smoking. Rather than applying additional coats of paint to those areas, he was able to clean them which saved me money. Having once painted that one room myself, I was well aware of the way the nicotine would bleed thru the paint. He could easily have simply charged me for additional painting instead of the smaller cleaning fee. Whatever he used to clean the stains worked well. David submitted a detailed estimate of the work to be done, the time involved, and the price. He completed the job as promised. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Next time I need anyone for a painting job I will contact him.
