Although the movers were on time, they had the wrong truck size. They rectified the truck size with precision and professionalism, and the relocation went smoothly. Prices are fair and reasonable based on the current market value. I would hire them again. Great job guys!

I just had a studio sizeamount to move. When arriving the van was really small. Ended up taking 4 trips total. That night when I plugged my tv up I had stripes going down my tv screen. I let him know immediately & he said he would cashapp me the next morning. He sent $50. I felt like he could've @ least sent $75. Half ay mark of a new one. But instead he stop responding to my text.

Hi Joi. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience. Before the move, I explained that I would be using a Ford Transit Connect, and you agreed to proceed knowing the vehicle size. During the move, additional items from multiple rooms, a shed, and more boxes were added beyond what was originally discussed, which required multiple trips. When you contacted me about the TV, I responded immediately, we discussed a settlement to replace it. You've stated in the message "It's a $55 but I'll settle for $50." I responded immediately requesting how you would like to receive payment. Cashapp was your response, on the 4th of July you messaged again stating you'd like more money for a TV that is much larger and $155 to buy after you've stated that it was settled. I've uploaded photos to my profile as proof as well. I always try to handle concerns fairly and professionally. I wish you the best.
