- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do package pricing. I have several different packages on my website. I have packages for admin services/HR/system set up/ and OBM services. Take a look at my website and see what your needs would be. I do offer discounts sometimes! Ask me about current promotions:-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process 1. We have a zoom meeting about business needs 2. If we decide to work together, then I will send over a welcome packet (welcome letter, contract, invoice). 3. We have our kickoff meeting and begin our working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as an admin. I have 5 years of experience being a VA. I have worked with clients from different industries all over the world. I have worked with startups to huge corporations. I also have an MBA.
