Introduction: I assist my clients in establishing priorities with their health and fitness goals, and then we create concrete plans to help achieve these goals. I provide accountability and help them monitor their progress, as well as setbacks.
Majority of my life I have been overweight, and I remember going to Weight Watchers at the age of 8 per by doctor's recommendation. After graduating college, I had reached 260 pounds. I decided that something had to change, and I would not continue the rest of my life being overweight.
I have recently lost 130 pounds, and following my weight loss, I proceeded to obtain my personal training certification. I am extremely passionate about helping others reach their goals, and I find it incredibly fulfilling to see individuals become successful in their weight loss journey!
