- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important for you to match well with your photographer and for us to get to know you before your session. We like to meet with you before working with you to allow you to get a feel for us and our studio. We also enjoy getting to know you, your vision, needs and your personality. We want to create an experience and atmosphere that compliment and bring out the best in you. (We also have an in-house stylist and massage therapist to truly make your portrait experience a retreat if you so choose!) We also recognize that some people have an immediate portrait need. We do book same-day sessions and allow a little extra time for an initial sit down to get to know each other. Once you've had your session, I will select the best portraits from your session and finesse them. We will then meet face-to-face for your ordering session - unless we have previously arranged for immediate delivery of set images. At your ordering session, we will choose the best portrait package that best suits your needs. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a link to your online gallery from which you can download your digital portrait files. Your prints are available for pickup within 5 to 8 business days of your order. Albums are available for pickup within 3 to 5 weeks. Canvases and Wall Art are available for pickup within 3 to 8 weeks. Digital downloads are available within three days of finalizing your order. *Delivery of any product is available by request.*
