I’m NASM certified as a personal trainer, and have experience working at D-Bat in MD as both a strength and conditioning athletic trainer and as a softball coach (after playing collegiate softball at McDaniel College). I have also worked at the BARbell in MD as a personal trainer for the general population. I have a Biology degree and am a Neuroscience PhD student at WFSOM.

As a coach, I found her ability to connect with my players to be a rare skill. She works with the whole player and their mental/emotional state, not only the physical skills.
