Darren at Low Key did a professional job repaired our office's front door lock and door chime equipment. He's a very personable guy that takes the time to explain what he's doing and always has a smile. Even when I asked dumb questions about the lock, Darren didn't treat me like the dummy I sounded like. He is also very organized and neat, as he had all the small tools for the repair on hand, and also cleaned up the door and surrounding area of lubricant and metal shavings. Darren is a professional, and we will have him back for any additional lock/alarm repairs we may need in the future.
