- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Accounts Manager contacts the customer with some questions initially to insure the presentation is tailored to their needs. When the contract is completed my follow up survey and invoice is mailed within ten business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified educator in NC with 30 years experience in public and private classrooms. I am an author of a sales training program in use in business today and I have a book available through Amazon.
