- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I schedule students out by the month, so when you sign up with me you've got a guaranteed appointment every week on the same day and time for that month! For your protection and mine I do ask for the month's payment on the first lesson of each month. If you need to cancel, or reschedule for any reason I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice. Lessons that are missed without notice, or cancelled last minute (barring any unforsee emergency) will be counted as a lesson and debited from the pre-paid monthly rate. My rates are $35 for a half hour, 50$ for 45 minutes, and $60 for a whole for either online, or in person lessons at my home studio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have a complimentary phone consultation to see if we will be a good match for one another. From there we can determine a day a day, time, and medium for our lessons!
