Carlos was an absolute superstar! We chatted at 10 PM the night before, and guess what? He was here the next day, on a Sunday, at 9 AM sharp! He even texted me that he was on his way. The job was a real challenge, but Carlos handled it with ease. He had his own equipment and top-notch tools to make it look effortless. I can’t stop raving about Carlos. It’s not always easy working with the trades, but he was incredible. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly impressive. I even paid him more than he asked because it was a tougher job, and he didn’t charge enough. Thank you so much, Carlos! I definitely look forward to working with him again
