I requested home inspection for both pre-drywall and just before closing. The inspectors took about 3-3.5hrs to complete the inspection. Both of them were very thorough, and explained all the house details and identified issues during entire process. After the inspection, detailed report was given within a day with all the highlighted issues. Report really made it easy to explain all the issues to builder.
I am very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend them for home inspections.

I am very thankful to Wake Forest Home Inspection Guys for inspecting our pre-drywall construction. They were very professional and detailed out every single issue in our new build. They went to the top of the roof and the crawl space to do a very detailed inspection. They walked us through and educated us for many things which a normal person is not all aware of and could have easily ignored. In the end we got a detailed report of all the major/minor issues. I didn’t think I needed a home inspection since it was a new house but a friend recommended Wake Forest Home Inspections and I’m so glad they did! The inspector ended up finding multiple issues with the grading and drainage of the yard, sags in the roof and improperly installed siding. Thanks to them I was able to get the builder to fix all of this before we moved in. Matt was super thorough and explained everything to us during the home inspection. He quickly provided a report the next day even though he was going on vacation. Highly recommend!

We had amazing service. Mike was very humble and professional. He walked us through the house pointing out all the good and the things that can be addressed. We are very much impressed with the detailed report and the pictures included in the report. This will come in handy for us even if we have to address some of the issues later on. Highly recommend them. We will definitely reach out to them for our future needs.
