I was looking forward to working with this company; however they canceled less than 45 mins prior to arrival citing that they were still at another job and they thought the weather may be an issue. Though there was no weather issues at my home. I told him that the services were no longer needed due to this last minute cancellation at which point he began harrassing me via text stating that I could not afford his services and that was why I canceled. I explained that I was hosting a dinner at my home that evening and the leaf collection was needed that prior to that evening and the following day that he proposed would not have worked for me. He responded several times thereafter rudely stating that I could not afford his services and I never should have contracted with him if I couldn't afford it. Please note....the price was $50. I'd much rather had this company to do it at that cost rather than what I paid the other company that did work in my yard. I asked him to stop contacting me and he continued. I am extremely disappointed with his lack of professionalism. I hope that the other customers have not had this experience with him.
