Introduction: I take pride in my work. I try to follow the notary list of things to do to the letter to make sure everything that is asked of me in that packet is done. I try very hard to make sure all signatures or initials are always gotten. I am very conscientious because I don't like to back track or disturb a client unnecessarily. Meeting people and feeling that I have helped them in some small way.

Carolyn was assigned as our closing agent. Once she arrived at our house we realized that we knew her and had did business with her in another arena. She assured us that as closing agent she would uphold client privacy and was very professional. Although my loan officer was less than competent, Carolyn followed up to make sure she had all the paperwork for closing. When she had not received my packet the night before closing, she called the loan officer to remind them to send the paperwork to her. I am grateful for her services and diligence in completing my closing on time.
