Noah and Tommy were great to work with. They completely floored a walk-in attic space with no flooring or door access. They cut a doorway into the wall between our loft and the unfinished space and finished it with custom shelving built around the door. In addition, they finished the half wall of our loft up to the ceiling, closed it in, and added a door at the top of our stairs. We now have a bonus room instead of a loft. They also built custom shelving in the master closet and hung all of the ceiling fans in our new home, which included changing out the boxes in the ceiling for several of the fans. The quality of the craftsmanship was top-notch and their pricing is extremely reasonable. Their timing on the project was very efficient and they were nothing but professional and pleasant. I can’t thank them enough. I never would have purchased this home if I hadn’t talked to Noah, who assured me that creating attic space would not be an issue. Thank you, Noah and Tommy!

Working with Noah and ARC Roofing and Construction was a great process! Noah was very professional and courteous! He was always very responsive and helpful with getting everything with insurance squared away. He also was very accommodating with moving the timeline up when we need to.
