I reached out to Bass Service Company, got a response in a couple of hours, and they came to visit my house later that afternoon (all in 1 day). Two very polite gentlemen took a look at my septicsystem, quickly assessed what was wrong, and corrected the problem. Fortunately, the issue with my septicsystem was an easy fix and the Bass Service Company guys took care of it quickly. In addition to fixing the issue, they educated me on some finer workings of my septicsystem that I wasn't aware of. Bottom line --- these guys did the job right, I didn't feel like they were taking advantage or BSing me, and I didn't feel overcharged with what I paid for the services they provided. If you live in the Raleigh area (not sure how far outside of Raleigh Bass Service Co will travel to serve) these guys are worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Terry is an absolute delight. She’s a very sweet person, and her nephew was as well. They were punctual and extremely professional with their approach to my items. Terry is very much about her business and the integrity of it, they finished clearing all the items I had in less than an hour, and she even swept up after ward. I will definitely be using her services in the very near future
