A large tree fell on the rear of our house causing a great deal of visible exterior damage. There was also damage to the interior including a significant crack from floor to ceiling. We needed a structural engineer and called ASPIRE. Terry C. Was great. He performed a very thorough inspection of the structural damage and accessed that several truss, the rear wall and partial side wall should be replaced due to the damage. Terry was quick to respond, professional, easy to communicate with and diligent in his inspection and report

I was told by other contractors that our sunroom might be sinking and that I should get a structural engineer to look at it. Terry came out, took a look, and said everything was fine. Did quality work. Digital output allows for multiple copies but actual printout on home printer is quite small.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the need via telephone, gather information and follow up with an estimate. Once the project is scoped and deposit is issued, the work can begin. Site visits are on an as needed basis.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Licensed professional engineer.
