We had our upstairs heat go out. We called and they were able to schedule us right away. On the day our technician was scheduled we received great updates about whereabouts and time he would arrive. Our tech Carlos was very professional, very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get us back up and running the same day! This is our second time using this company and we will continue to give them our service. Very nice family owned business. 5 out 5 highly recommended!!

Typically I give this company 5 stars. but early in the month they performed preventative maintenance of both of my heat pumps and left one of the compressor units turned off. I was able to fix the problem and called to leave a message about the incident. After over 2 weeks, I've still not received a callback.Update: I did get a callback and everything was discussed to satisfaction.

As you made clear here on Google, you would normally give Landen a 5 star. There was obviously something not right there and this shows us mistakes do happen. It is discouraging to have to hear about the mishap through a review instead of a call back, even an additional call back incase one message gets missed. We love talking with our partners anytime. We encourage any of our clients that we have relationships with to reach out to us on any number of platforms that we use such as voicemail, texts and emails through our client portal or directly through our website. We rely heavily these days on technology and when one of the tools fail, we feel it. I apologize that you had to feel it. This will have us put another layer of fail safe to our message responses, immediately. Our extensive training teaches us the importance of communication, follow ups and prompt resolutions. This is definitely a one off situation that we will use right away to better our services for all of our clients.

We offer a variety of financing options, such as the normal cash and check, but we also take credit cards and offer same as cash options and affordable monthly payments. We offer discounts for senior citizens, military and first responders. The best discounts are available to our Comfort Club members.

After communicating with one our expert customer service representatives, we send out an experienced technician to diagnose the HVAC system.
