Resolved the problem with drainage due to newly poured concrete in backyard. Resurfaced driveway. The finished product is not as polished as expected on the driveway due to recent storms. The concrete started to chip off.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates with every project. Prices are always negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk with the client over the phone, discussing the day we can go to the location of the project. In person, or if permission is granted to see it by ourselves, we look at the type of project is wanted done and discuss the prices after. When an agreement is made about pricing, the client and us choose a day for the project is to be started. Before the project is started that chosen day, any changes are discussed before starting.

Started working with the family business, which is the same related type of work, at a young age.
